Role Overview
We are looking for a global wholesale manager, to lead the wholesale and B2B sales channel for luxury leather goods house Métier. The manager will be working closely with the senior management team, driving a successful implementation of the company’s strategic global expansion.

Duties & Responsibilities
Account Management and Sales Growth

Implement an expansive sales strategy, capturing strong brand momentum

Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new markets, channels, clients, partnerships, and products

Manage and cultivate close partnerships, overseeing brand alignment while strategically growing accounts

Plan and execute market four times per year – managing the calendar and client order intake from start to finish to meet and exceed seasonal sales targets

Plan and execute partner training, enhancing brand presence, driving sell-thru, and supporting partner requests

Monitor online partner experiences, ensuring brand is represented in line with high brand standards

Drive ATS / in-season sales

Plan and execute partner events

Work with merchandising and operations on timely deliveries, foreseeing and avoiding any issues that may impact orders
-
P&L responsibility for wholesale, including owning annual sales targets and establish KPIs to monitor performance
Team Management & Development

Work closely with departments across the business, such as merchandising, production, finance and operations

Act as an important brand ambassador
Operations and Reporting

Manage the wholesale sales pipeline and CRM systems to track progress and opportunities

Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market insights, and key metrics

Provide analysis and support merchandising team on wholesale pricing and line plans
B2B

Account management of B2B partners
Essentials Skills & Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in a similar role and industry
-
Direct experience selling to Tier 1 luxury retailers globally
-
North American and/or European market experience required – ROW greatly beneficial

Strong relationship building capabilities

Client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong ability to drive for results without compromising ethics and quality

Self-starter, with strong organizational skills, able to work autonomously, and manage workload, while managing multiple assignments

Able to collaborate and work effectively and efficiently with cross functional teams

Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Flexibility to travel and work extended hours, especially during market
