ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Customer Outreach Agent to join our London team on a 0-hour contract. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to promote services and events. 

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients according to provided call lists
• Deliver scripted messages to promote products / services, generate interest and answer initial questions
• Collect and record accurate and detailed information from each call, maintaining proper documentation
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and campaign-based goals
• Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality interactions
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly demeanour
• Ability to follow call scripts while adapting to customer responses
• Basic computer skills to log call details and use necessary software tools
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
