E-Commerce Coordinator: Supporting Digital Excellence

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to be a vital support in the operational success and continuous optimisation of our online store. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, maximizing product visibility, and assisting in translating data into actionable commercial strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Website & Customer Experience

  • Ensure the optimal customer experience by managing day-to-day website performance and collaborating cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Customer Care, and Operations teams to swiftly resolve customer journey issues.

  • Coordinate the execution of the launch process for new collections and marketing activations, ensuring flawless execution from planning to go-live.

  • Manage the execution of the digital presentation of all new products, coordinating the briefing and curation of compelling assets and information.

  • Curate and build dynamic product and merchandising collections for seasonal launches, reflecting the brand vision and commercial goals.

  • Maintain the integrity of our product catalog, reviewing all live products to ensure complete and accurate features, imagery, and information (e.g., compatible collections, monogramming options, and accurate sizing).

  • Strategically manage the website’s backend architecture, creating weekly collection mapping documents and deleting/redirecting unused pages to ensure the site remains clean and efficient.

  • Implement critical site updates actioned by the CEO/Creative Director, including new Product Listing Page (PLP) layouts, copy refinements, and blog post publication.

  • Execute the monitoring of our digital discoverability, proactively optimizing the website's SEO health, new content integrity, and addressing technical errors (404s/dead links) with weekly maintenance.

  • Support the development of the e-commerce development roadmap, from ideation and scoping to assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new site features and enhancements.

Inventory & Commercial Strategy

  • Maintain commercial excellence by proactively monitoring daily Shopify inventory and implementing strategic merchandising adjustments to maximize sales potential. Communicate daily inventory updates to stakeholders.

  • Oversee the product merchandising document to track the cross-site placement of every product style, ensuring commercial priorities are met.

  • Provide biweekly reports on products identified for de-merchandising, driving strategic discussions in Ecomm VM meetings.

  • Utilize the weekly inbound stock report from Operations to proactively enable products for Preorder and accurately update status ahead of customer notifications upon receipt of goods.

Reporting & Insights

  • Support data-driven decision-making by assisting the Head of Ecommerce with key data extraction and analysis for critical weekly Commercial reporting.

  • Generate weekly visual merchandising status reports to support Best Sellers reporting and strategy for the Merchandising team.

  • Proactively assist the Head of Ecommerce in optimizing website and reporting processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

  • Conduct day-to-day monitoring of analytical tools, ensuring their smooth running and the integrity of the data that informs our business decisions.

Skills & Experience

  • Shopify Proficiency: Deep platform knowledge is essential for operational excellence.

  • Data Upload and Catalog Proficiency: Proven experience in managing bulk data uploads for the product catalog; familiarity with the Matrixify app is a strong plus.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with data manipulation and analysis, with an aptitude for turning raw data into strategic insights.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to implement them to increase organic traffic.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Kalviyo and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
