The project!

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. This role will be responsible for managing the completion and ensuring the accuracy of the payroll integration for Karl Lagerfeld from the current payroll provider to ADP.

What will the role entail?
  • Oversee and coordinate the full integration of Karl Lagerfeld's Spanish payroll from the current provider to ADP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections as needed.
  • Ensure all payroll is processed accurately and on time, including uploading variables, bonuses, and commissions communicated from the stores.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data, ensuring consistency with the Oracle database.
  • Execute payroll audit controls and analyze payroll incidences to ensure compliance.
  • Approve tax calculations and perform severance calculations in accordance with local law.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Dutch HQ and other stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in new payroll integration projects and process improvements.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English (C1 or above) is essential, as this role requires daily communication with international teams and the Dutch HQ.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with ADP and Oracle is highly desirable.
