Title: Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA

We have an exciting opportunity at Capri Holdings: Jimmy Choo & Michael Kors for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in our London office.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes.
  • Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families.
  • Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and exemplify our values - upholding our employer brand.


You'll Need to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • An organized approach to your work
