Are you ready to maximize sales by applying business analysis to product display and maintaining store image (interior and window display) in accordance with company visual guidelines.? We're looking for a passionate fashion lover to take on the role as Visual Commercial in our new Bershka store in Stockholm City!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the store image by ensuring updated and well-detailed product coordination, mannequins, furniture placement and correct lighting.
• Together with Store Manager, local office and Bershka head quarters, coordinates the installation and maintenance of special set ups for lincences, capsules and collaborations.
• Product knowledge: Is interested in fashion, understands the collections in depth, carry out commercial analysis and provides proposals to the managers and area team with relevant feedback.
• Delivery day organisation: Plans the coordination of new arrivals on the shop floor by using the Delivery app and ensuring that all new stock is efficiently displayed according to the visual merchandising guidelines and customer needs
• Maintains ongoing communication with the store manager to ensure a balance between image and commercial decisions.
• Customer service: Constantly ensures high levels of customer service throughout the store and is always ready to assist customers.
• To keep all devices and apps updated with the latest versions and share them with the team and ensures its correct use and maintenance by following all incidences with IT and AMT, as well as device inventories.
• Contributes to the welcoming of new starters and assists in store employee training and development. Keeps the team up to date about business objectives and any relevant news.
• Key holder: assists managers in supervising the store opening and closing.
• Guarantees staff wellbeing, the implementation of best safe work practices and the compliance of all Health and Safety regulations.

Manages the resources available in store according to the company's sustainability policy.

Respects the opinion of others and promotes the company's principles of diversity and inclusion.
