The project!
As an Area Manager for Pepe Jeans you will be in charge of achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region, with responsibility for the full price stores and Outlets portfolio and reporting directly to the Retail Senior Manager.

This position involves frequent travelling.

The project!
As an Area Manager for Pepe Jeans you will be in charge of achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region, with responsibility for the full price stores and Outlets portfolio and reporting directly to the Retail Senior Manager.
What will the role entail?
- Ensure the right level of customer service and brand image is provided in the stores
- Supervise the VM guidelines within the stores and adapt to the region in order to maximize the impact
- Guarantee the right image in the stores in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, the image of the staff and the presentation of the product
- Lead the set-up of Trade Marketing activations and events in the Point of Sale
- Implement the new retail projects according to HQ guidelines
- Manage, supervise and motivate the team to achieve results
- Provide the correct professional development of the team members by identifying training needs and organizing workshops and career plans
- Recruit the best candidates in the market and retain the talent within the teams
This position involves frequent travelling.
What you need to succeed
- At least 4-6 years of experience in Store Management building or scaling retail for lifestyle, contemporary, or purpose-driven brands, ideally across multiple markets.
- C1-C2 level in English. German, French and/or Spanish will be greatly valued. Other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Provable experience in retail operations (KPIs, process development, performance management).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.
- Strong people leadership skills: Clear, inspiring, reliable and positive attitude.
- Ability to translate brand values into store experience, teams, and operational processes.
