TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibility, modern ambition, and a refined concept of style. Archetypal pieces are developed from a female perspective and realized through luxurious fabrics, rich textures, and graphic silhouettes.

Founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, TOTEME designs ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry from its Stockholm studio.

Position Overview

For TOTEME’s first standalone pop-up store in the Kansai（Osaka） area, we are seeking  pop up store staff  to handle all aspects of in-store sales operations for this highly anticipated project.

Details

Pop-up period: From March 2026, approximately 1 year (planned)

Responsibilities:

• Customer service and sales In-store display and product merchandising Sales reporting and inventory management

Required 

• Business Japanese speaker

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with imported apparel brands

• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Business-level

• conversational English or above (welcome to have)
