Key Accountabilities
Infrastructure Support and Maintenance
- Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage.
Project Implementation and Upgrades
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
- Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components.
- Participate in projects as required.
Documentation and Process Management
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures.
Collaboration and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application development) and business partners to ensure seamless operations and successful project delivery.
- Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions.
- Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners as required, including regular interaction with external vendors.
Required Qualifications
Profile and Professional Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience with current IT infrastructure technologies
- Strong proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health.
- Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365)
- Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware.
Technical Skills / Personal Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong English and Korean language skills
- Business travel to local stores
- Work independently
- Project Coordination
- Ability to teach technical concepts / translate documentation
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail in infrastructure configurations
- Flexible schedule, with availability for after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed for infrastructure incidents (conference calls with US occasionally)
