Job Description
As a Growth Business Analyst at COS, you will play a key role in driving our strategic growth initiatives. You will provide critical analytical support for financial and strategic planning across all revenue streams, enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring projects stay on track. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, commercially minded individual to contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of COS.
What you will do:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare insightful analyses and reports on sales, profitability, and KPIs to support financial strategy and performance management.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to multi-channel growth strategies through market research, competitor analysis, and financial modelling.
- Invoice Management: Approve growth project invoices, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
- Project Management: Maintain the project management system, tracking initiatives and updating stakeholders on progress.
- Performance Monitoring: Report on strategic initiative performance, conduct post-implementation analysis, and provide financial follow-up.
- Industry Research: Analyse trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities.

What you need to succeed :
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights to drive business performance.
- Exceptional Organization & Planning: Proven capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and actionable outcomes.
- Proactive & Structured: Demonstrates initiative and a systematic approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration: Effective interpersonal skills for engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advanced data manipulation techniques.
- Financial Expertise: Preferred experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L analysis to support profitability and growth.

This is a Full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London .
