Agenda-setting intelligence, analysis and advice for the global fashion community.
Fashion show production guru Alexandre de Betak, who has led production for hundreds of shows, exhibitions and more as the founder of The Independents-owned event production agency Bureau Betak, is opening his first independent atelier during Frieze London.
The studio is an extension of de Betak’s brand work, which has seen him collaborate with the likes of Jacquemus, Miu Miu and Dior.
De Betak’s atelier opening will feature an evolving architectural installation composed of light fixtures that reflect his longstanding experimentation with spaces, experiences and light. The installation marks the beginning of de Betak’s work as an independent artist, and the studio opening will provide guests with the opportunity to witness his creative style and experimentation firsthand.
The studio will debut during Frieze London between October 15 and 19, and will be hosted by Agent Provocateur co-founder Serena Rees, photographer Valerie Sadoun and Charlotte Stockdale, co-founder of magazine and creative consultancy Chaos.
